Juliane Jarke in “Die Presse” on the Digital Future with AI
What should our digital future look like? Juliane Jarke explores this question in an article published on May 30, 2026, in Die Presse.
As part of the Graz Sociodigital and Participatory Futures Studio, young people and older adults are developing their own visions of the future in workshops. The results show that many people want technologies that meaningfully support their daily lives without dictating how they live. Nature, community, and technology-free spaces are valued just as much as a mindful approach to digitalization.
The future, then, is shaped not only by technological innovations but, above all, by the people who help shape it.
